Abstract: The basic unit farm machinery law enforcement mainly according to the national laws and regulations of agricultural machinery management,“administrative licensing law of the People’s Republic of China”the law of the People’s Republic of China agricultural mechanization promotion law,the road safety law of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations and the rules and regulations enacted to provide a basis for the enforcement of agricultural machinery at the grass-roots level. With the promulgation of the corresponding national laws and regulations,the law enforcement power and status of grassroots agricultural machinery law enforcement departments is beyond doubt,but with the arrival of comprehensive law enforcement reform,the ability level of grassroots agricultural machinery law enforcement departments should also keep pace with The Times and strive to improve. Basic-level agricultural law enforcement authorities should be fully perform their duties,scientific and accurate treatment of comprehensive law enforcement reform after the“new task”,grasp regularity and characteristics of the production safety,from the masses,to the masses,strengthen the responsibility consciousness,followed by new changes after the reform of comprehensive law enforcement,enhance the level of basic law enforcement ability of agricultural machinery and the construction of a harmonious security grass-roots agricultural machinery production.
