Abstract: Craftsmanship,as a representative of the spirit of traditional Chinese culture,has frequently appeared in education reform and public vision in recent years. The craftsman spirit embodies a trend of the times and at the same time responds to the spiritual needs of our country’s development and progress. It is a spiritual quality that each of us should cultivate,and it is also the fundamental task of today’s education development,and it is the demand and inevitable trend of the times to integrate the craftsman spirit into modern education teaching. This study takes electromechanical profession in higher vocational colleges as the research object,systematically discusses the research background and development status of the artisan spirit,explores the inner connection and integration direction between the artisan spirit and the development of electromechanical profession in higher vocational colleges in the new era,the problems and reasons in the cultivation of the artisan spirit in current higher vocational colleges,puts forward the improvement path of integrating the artisan spirit into the teaching of electromechanical profession in the future,and the research results are intended to provide reference for enriching the educational connotation and The results of the study are intended to provide reference for enriching the educational content and teaching content.
