Design of High Temperature Sandblasting Device for Metal 3D Printing Post-processing Equipment

  • 摘要: 高温喷砂可使金属产生更大表面塑性变形,获得更大金属残余压应力和更高金属抗疲劳能力。常规喷砂系统往往比较容易设计,可将喷砂与高温高压相结合的复合腔体研究较少,该复合腔体涉及机械密封、传动、降温等因素,是旋转喷砂设计的难点。因此,该文重点介绍一种旋转夹持机构的高温喷砂装置设计,以期该研究能为相关领域的研究人员和工程师提供有益的参考,推动金属3D打印技术的进一步发展和应用。

     

    Abstract: High-temperature sand blasting can make the metal produce greater surface plastic deformation, obtain greater metal residual compressive stress and higher metal fatigue resistance. Conventional sandblasting systems are often easier to design, and there is less research on the composite cavity that can combine sandblasting with high temperature and high pressure, which involves mechanical seals, transmission, cooling and other factors, which is the difficulty of rotary sandblasting design. Therefore, this paper focuses on the design of a high-temperature sandblasting device with a rotary clamping mechanism. It is hoped that this research can provide a useful reference for researchers and engineers in related fields and promote the further development and application of metal 3D printing technology.
