现代加工技术在农业机械制造中的应用分析

  • 摘要: 随着我国农业机械制造能力的不断提升,现代加工技术在农业机械制造中应用越来越广泛,激光加工技术、增材制造技术等新技术的应用为农机制造体系注入了新的活力,也为提高农业机械制造质量,增强农机产品可靠性提供更好保障。该文分析了现代加工技术特征与农业机械制造业的发展瓶颈与需求,深入分析了现代加工技术的应用形式与关键特征,对农机制造模式的发展趋势进行展望,以期促进农机制造技术的转型升级。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous improvement of China’s agricultural machinery manufacturing capacity, the application of modern processing technology in agricultural machinery manufacturing is becoming more and more widespread, the application of laser processing technology, additive manufacturing technology and other new technologies for the agricultural machinery manufacturing system has injected new vitality, but also for the improvement of the quality of agricultural machinery manufacturing, and enhance the reliability of agricultural machinery products to provide better protection. The paper analyzes the characteristics of modern processing technology and the development bottlenecks and needs of the agricultural machinery manufacturing industry, in-depth analysis of the application of modern processing technology and the key features of the form, the development trend of the agricultural machinery manufacturing model outlook, to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural machinery manufacturing technology.
