Abstract: Servo control is an important control and drive technology in modern CNC machine tools, with typical characteristics of software and hardware combination, involving the latest technical system of computer, electrical, mechanical and other traditional disciplines, and the reasonable application of servo control technology has a significant effect on improving the performance of CNC machine tools. In order to promote the better application of servo control technology to CNC machine tool products, this paper introduces the characteristics of digital control technology of machine tools, analyzes the application value of servo control system, the composition and principle of technical system, and emphasizes the improvement direction of CNC machining servo control technology.
