  • 摘要: 联合收割机内部结构复杂,存在实践教学过程中内部结构看不见、相关知识和技能操作无法进行有效讲解示范等突出问题,严重影响教学效果。虚拟仿真技术改善了传统教学的不足,通过将联合收割机进行三维建模和可视化重构,使内部结构清晰地呈现出来,有效解决了联合收割机内部知识结构讲解和技能操作示范问题,显著提高了教学效果。为联合收割机构造与维修及农机相关课程实践教学提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The internal structure of the combine harvester is complex, and there are prominent problems such as the invisible internal structure in the process of practical teaching, and the inability to effectively explain and demonstrate the operation of relevant knowledge and skills, which seriously affects the teaching effect. The virtual simulation technology improves the shortcomings of traditional teaching, and makes the internal structure clearly presented by 3D modeling and visual reconstruction of the combine harvester, which effectively solves the problem of explaining the internal knowledge structure and skill operation demonstration of the combine harvester, and greatly improves the teaching effect. It provides a reference for the practical teaching of combine harvesting mechanism construction and maintenance and agricultural machinery related courses.
