Abstract: In combination with the rural construction needs under the rural revitalization strategy, the paper systematically analyzes the structural demand for the vocational ability of rural revitalization talents, deeply integrates the craftsman spirit, expands the carrier of vocational education activities, constructs a system for the cultivation of students vocational quality, and cultivates high-level technical and skillful talents for “three rural” education, who understand agriculture, devote to rural community and be sincere to farmers, so as to guarantee the talents for rural revitalization.
