新工科背景下机械设计课程多层次实践创新教学体系改革与探索

  • 摘要: 通过机械设计课程的教学改革,构建了集创新教学、团队协作、科学研究、实践训练及科创竞赛的,以团队协作为核心的团、学、研、训、赛五位一体,线上与线下、课内与课外联动的多层次实践创新教学体系。形成了以学生为中心的教学实践和协作氛围,为专业的高质量创新型人才培养迈出坚实一步。旨在缩小目前高校毕业生与企业需求的人才目标差距问题,并解决毕业生普遍存在实践操作差、动手能力差,团队协作与创新意识淡薄等问题。

     

    Abstract: Through the teaching reform of mechanical design courses, a multi-level practical innovation teaching system integrating teamwork, learning, research, training and competition, online and offline, in-class and extra-curricular linkage, has been constructed that integrates innovative teaching, teamwork, scientific research, practical training and scientific and technological innovation competitions, with teamwork as the core. It has formed a student-centered teaching practice and collaborative atmosphere, which has taken a solid step for the cultivation of professional high-quality innovative talents. It aims to narrow the gap between the current talent goals of college graduates and the needs of enterprises, and solve the problems of poor practical operation, poor hands-on ability, weak teamwork and innovation awareness among graduates.
