Abstract: The rapid development of the advanced manufacturing industry has put forward higher requirements for the training of food science and technology personnel, requiring that relevant agricultural food science and technology personnel must have interdisciplinary knowledge and a good grasp of emerging technologies. At the same time, the education system is also required to innovate in order to cultivate professionals who can cope with the challenges of modern agricultural technology and promote the development of the industry. This paper analyzes the development status quo of the agricultural machinery industry and the changes in demand for agricultural production, and focuses on improving the cultivation mode, cultivation content and cultivation method of food science and technology talents.Construct a targeted talent training program for the development of the grain industry to meet the demand for highly skilled personnel in the advanced manufacturing industry.
