烟秆弯曲和拉伸力学特性初探

Preliminary Study on the Mechanical Properties of Tobacco Stalks Bending and Tensile

  • 摘要: 烟田机械化拔秆是实现烟田全程机械化作业的重要环节,烟秆的力学特性影响着烟田机械化拔秆方式的选择。该文通过对烟草秸秆进行弯曲和拉伸试验,初步探析烟秆在受力过程中,随着形变量的不断增大,力的变化会有一定的规律性,且高度越高,破坏所需要的载荷越小。分析弯曲特性,最大破坏载荷为1.54 kN;分析拉伸特性,拉断1/2烟秆所需的最大拉力为2.62 kN。研究结果对烟田拔秆配套装置设计具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Mechanized straw pulling in tobacco field is an important link to realize the whole mechanized operation in tobacco field. The mechanical properties of tobacco stalk affect the selection of mechanized tobacco stalk pulling method. In this paper, the bending and tensile tests of tobacco straw were carried out to preliminarily analyze the tobacco straw in the process of stress, with the constant increase of the shape variable, the force change will have a certain regularity, and the higher the height, the smaller the load required for failure. When the bending characteristics are analyzed preliminarily, the maximum failure load is 1.54 kN; In the preliminary analysis of tensile characteristics, the maximum tensile force required to break half of the smoke stem is 2.62 kN. The results of this study are of great significance to the design of straw pulling equipment in tobacco field.
