Abstract:
Mechanized straw pulling in tobacco field is an important link to realize the whole mechanized operation in tobacco field. The mechanical properties of tobacco stalk affect the selection of mechanized tobacco stalk pulling method. In this paper, the bending and tensile tests of tobacco straw were carried out to preliminarily analyze the tobacco straw in the process of stress, with the constant increase of the shape variable, the force change will have a certain regularity, and the higher the height, the smaller the load required for failure. When the bending characteristics are analyzed preliminarily, the maximum failure load is 1.54 kN; In the preliminary analysis of tensile characteristics, the maximum tensile force required to break half of the smoke stem is 2.62 kN. The results of this study are of great significance to the design of straw pulling equipment in tobacco field.
