Abstract:
The temperature control system of edible fungus greenhouse is a complex system with time delay, and it is difficult for traditional switching or conventional PID control to meet the design requirements. In this study, a fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm is designed based on STM32F103CRT6 microcontroller as the control core, and the DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor is used for real-time temperature acquisition, the single-chip microcomputer is operated and processed, and the optocoupler solid-state relay drive circuit is used to control the hot blower, so as to achieve the purpose of temperature regulation. In the MATLAB/simulink environment, the simulation models of conventional PID control and fuzzy adaptive PID control are established, and the simulation results show that the proposed method has better control effects than the conventional PID control method, such as low overshoot and short adjustment time.
