Abstract:
In view of the problems of uneven sowing depth and high manual labor intensity of traditional corn seeders, based on sensor technology, embedded system and automatic control algorithm, a control system design scheme based on electrical automation technology is proposed, the system with Siemens S7-200 PLC controller as the core, through real-time monitoring of soil conditions and crop demand, the planter operating parameters can be automatically adjusted to ensure that the sowing depth is uniform and suitable for the soil characteristics of different plots. In addition, the system makes the operation more convenient and reduces the labor intensity. The results of the field test showed that the uniformity of the sowing depth was significantly improved, the crop growth was more consistent, and the yield was significantly improved. The results of the study aim to improve the efficiency and quality of corn planting and reduce the work pressure of farmers.
