Abstract:
With the rapid development of agricultural machinery processing and manufacturing industry, in order to meet the diversified design requirements of agricultural machinery, CNC energy-saving processing technology can achieve the accurate control of various parameter in the processing process of agricultural machinery parts through precise computer control. In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption and difficult control in the processing process of traditional agricultural machinery parts, the multi-objective optimization of processing process parameters was carried out based on the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm NSGA-II with elite strategy, and experimental comparison analysis was carried out. The results of the research provide technical reference for improving the processing accuracy, reducing energy consumption and reducing processing time of agricultural machinery parts.
