机械制造中的智能化技术研究

Research on Intelligent Technology in Machinery Manufacturing

  • 摘要: 机械制造技术主要是指使用机械设备、工具和材料来创造物理产品或部件,涵盖了从设计、原材料采购、加工、组装到最终产品制成的各个阶段。智能化技术可以提高机械制造生产效率和质量,增强制造企业的竞争力。该文以物联网技术和3D打印技术在机械制造智能化制造中的应用为案例开展分析,探究智能化技术在提高机械制造生产线的灵活性、可持续性和创新性中的应用原理、应用流程及发展优势,并展望了未来机械制造智能化发展趋势,通过进一步发展大数据技术、增强现实技术、虚拟现实技术及自适应制造系统,进一步推动产业的转型和提升。研究结果旨在通过不断推动技术创新和应用,持续提高生产效率和质量,为制造企业带来更多机遇,也有助于推动整个产业向智慧化方向发展。

     

    Abstract: Mechanical manufacturing technology mainly refers to the use of mechanical equipment, tools and materials to create physical products or components, covering all stages from design, raw material procurement, processing, assembly to the final product manufacturing. Intelligent technology can improve the efficiency and quality of mechanical manufacturing and enhance the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises. This paper takes the application of Internet of Things technology and 3D printing technology in intelligent manufacturing of machinery manufacturing as a case study, explores the application principle, application process and development advantages of intelligent technology in improving the flexibility, sustainability and innovation of the manufacturing production line and looks forward to the future development trend of intelligent machinery manufacturing, and further promotes the transformation and upgrading of the industry through the further development of big data technology, augmented reality technology, virtual reality technology and adaptive manufacturing systems. The research results aim to continuously improve production efficiency and quality by continuously promoting technological innovation and application, bring more opportunities to manufacturing enterprises, and also helping promote the development of the entire industry in the direction of intelligence.
