Abstract:
Mechanical manufacturing technology mainly refers to the use of mechanical equipment, tools and materials to create physical products or components, covering all stages from design, raw material procurement, processing, assembly to the final product manufacturing. Intelligent technology can improve the efficiency and quality of mechanical manufacturing and enhance the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises. This paper takes the application of Internet of Things technology and 3D printing technology in intelligent manufacturing of machinery manufacturing as a case study, explores the application principle, application process and development advantages of intelligent technology in improving the flexibility, sustainability and innovation of the manufacturing production line and looks forward to the future development trend of intelligent machinery manufacturing, and further promotes the transformation and upgrading of the industry through the further development of big data technology, augmented reality technology, virtual reality technology and adaptive manufacturing systems. The research results aim to continuously improve production efficiency and quality by continuously promoting technological innovation and application, bring more opportunities to manufacturing enterprises, and also helping promote the development of the entire industry in the direction of intelligence.
