Abstract: Rice is an important food crop for mankind and the largest crop in China. At present, the mechanization level of orderly rice planting in China is far behind the overall development level of rice mechanization, which seriously restricts the development of rice economy. This paper introduces the agronomic requirements of rice orderly seedling throwing and the development status of rice orderly seedling throwing device at home and abroad. Aiming at the problems existing in the process of rice orderly seedling throwing, an air blowing seedling throwing device is proposed, which adopts the scheme of air blowing assisted seedling throwing, so as to pave the way for the follow-up research work.
