Abstract:
Deep loosening machines provide a good soil environment for crop growth by loosening the soil substrate and breaking the compact state of the plough bottom. However, the deep loosening machine has a large tillage depth, and the deep loosening operation will encounter large tillage resistance, which leads to high energy consumption. Based on the structure and working principle of corn deep-pine machinery, the article reviews the main factors affecting the energy consumption of deep-pine machinery and summarises the main measures for energy saving of corn deep-pine machinery, such as optimising the power system, adopting high-efficiency power systems, adopting new design concepts and using intelligent control systems. The results of the study can effectively reduce the energy consumption of corn deep-pine machinery and improve its economy and sustainability.
