基于人工智能技术的深松机械智能化控制研究

Research on Intelligent Control of Subsoiling Machinery based on Artificial Intelligence Technology

  • 摘要: 以深松机耕作深度精准控制过程为研究对象,对深松机整机结构和作业方式进行详细分析。提出一种以深松机倾角和拖拉机倾角为主要监测控制目标,同时添加农具识别和农具图像采集装置的深松机智能控制系统。对深松机耕作过程中拖拉机倾角和深松机倾角进行动态采集,获取倾角传感器与目标值之间的差异,系统以传感器采集参数和目标控制参数为输入值,计算二者之间偏差,实现控制目标的动态调整,从而生成控制指令,并发送至深松机升降装置控制程序,驱动升降装置控制电磁阀打开或关闭,对深松机工作过程中倾角值进行稳定修正,达到智能控制深松机耕作深度的目的。

     

    Abstract: Taking the precise control process of subsoiler tillage depth as the research object, the structure and operation mode of the subsoiler were analyzed in detail. An intelligent control system of subsoiler was proposed, which took the inclination angle of subsoiler and the inclination angle of tractor as the main monitoring and control objectives, and added agricultural tool identification and agricultural tool image acquisition device. The tractor inclination angle and the subsoiler inclination angle are dynamically collected in the process of subsoiler farming, the difference between the inclination angle sensor and the target value is obtained, the system takes the sensor acquisition parameters and the target control parameters as the input value, calculates the deviation between the two, realizes the dynamic adjustment of the control target, generates control instructions, and sends them to the subsoiler lifting device control program, drives the lifting device to control the solenoid valve to open or close, and stably corrects the inclination value in the working process of the subsoiler, so as to achieve the purpose of intelligently controlling the tillage depth of the subsoiler.
