基于AHK标准的“产教融合,工学结合”人才培养模式研究

  • 摘要: 通过AHK职业标准的”产教融合、工学结合”人才培养模式本土化应用,可将知识体系为主的课程学习转化成以行动能力为导向的实践学习。在学习过程中通过任务分解、阶段化、标准化,引导学生实施完成与企业工作岗位相关的模块化工作任务,充分调动学生积极性,使学生在“教、学、做”一体化的过程中学习。对学生评价采用自评、互评和师评等多样化方式,增强学生课堂的活跃度,教学效果得到明显改善,满足对学生的培养目标。通过校本化实践,该人才培养模式有助于职业教育课堂教学改革。

     

    Abstract: Through the localized application of the integration of industry-education and engineering talent training model with the AHK occupational standard. It can transform the knowledge system-oriented curriculum learning into action-oriented practical learning. By breaking down, staging and standardizing tasks in the learning process, guiding students to implement modular work tasks related to industrial positions in enterprises, which can fully mobilize students’ enthusiasm and make them learn in the integrated process of “teaching, learning and doing”. The evaluation of students adopts various methods such as self-evaluation, mutual evaluation, and teacher evaluation, it can enhance the activity of students in the classroom, teaching effectiveness is significantly improved to meet the training objectives for students.Through school-based practice, this paper argues that this talent cultivation model contributes to the reform of classroom teaching in vocational education.
