Abstract:
Through the localized application of the integration of industry-education and engineering talent training model with the AHK occupational standard. It can transform the knowledge system-oriented curriculum learning into action-oriented practical learning. By breaking down, staging and standardizing tasks in the learning process, guiding students to implement modular work tasks related to industrial positions in enterprises, which can fully mobilize students’ enthusiasm and make them learn in the integrated process of “teaching, learning and doing”. The evaluation of students adopts various methods such as self-evaluation, mutual evaluation, and teacher evaluation, it can enhance the activity of students in the classroom, teaching effectiveness is significantly improved to meet the training objectives for students.Through school-based practice, this paper argues that this talent cultivation model contributes to the reform of classroom teaching in vocational education.
