Abstract:
Taking the design of fitter teaching courses in vocational colleges as an example, the problems existing in the current fitter teaching mode are analyzed through a questionnaire survey, and the practice-oriented teaching mode is introduced to optimize, and the course is closely combined with the actual fitter operation, emphasizing the combination of theory and practice. The effectiveness of the implementation was evaluated by comparing it with the traditional teaching model. The results showed that the practice-oriented teaching mode significantly improved students’ practical skills, problem-solving skills, and teamwork skills. The results of this study provide an innovative teaching mode for fitter teaching, and provide a reference for the innovation of teaching mode in other fields of vocational and technical education.
