Abstract: With the rapid development of science and technology and the transformation of digital space, the traditional teaching mode no longer meets the needs of modern students. As a combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern material technology, the craftsman’s spirit comprehensively promotes high-quality development with craftsmen and high-skilled talents from major countries. This paper takes the electrical and electronic major as the research object, analyzes the problems and causes in the current teaching process of electrical and electronic major through the questionnaire survey method, draws on the relevant experience of the cultivation of craftsman’s spirit at home and abroad, and integrates the craftsman’s spirit into the teaching of electrical and electronic engineering and electronics based on the background of digital development. By cultivating electrical and electronic professionals with the spirit of craftsmanship, students can adapt to the development needs of the digital era and contribute to industry innovation and social progress.
