Abstract: The interdisciplinary integrated teaching model is a teaching method that organically combines the knowledge and methods of different disciplines, emphasising the interaction and cross-application between disciplines. Based on the basic concepts and development background of electrical and electronic disciplines, this paper points out the limitations of traditional teaching methods in cultivating students’ comprehensive abilities, introduces the characteristics and advantages of interdisciplinary integration teaching mode in detail, expounds the specific application of interdisciplinary integrated teaching mode in electrical and electronic teaching through case analyze and empirical research, and puts forward the development trend of interdisciplinary integration teaching mode in electrical and electronic teaching. In summary, the interdisciplinary integration teaching mode has a broad application prospect and development space in electrical and electronic teaching, and the research results are helpful to improve student’s learning effect and comprehensive ability, and can also provide a reference for the teaching development and optimization of other disciplines.
