Abstract: The cultivation of innovative talents with outstanding skills is an important reform direction of higher vocational talents training, and multi-dimensional characteristic platform is an important support for the cultivation of outstanding talents. The cultivation of high-level innovative outstanding talents is one of the main tasks for professional group to deepen reform and promote connotative development. It focuses on the effective exploration in the aspects of talent training mode, curriculum system, high-level teachers, practice base of production-education integration, innovation and entrepreneurship platform of enabling region, etc. The three questions of “can we train outstanding talents”, “what kind of outstanding talents” and “how to train outstanding talents” in higher vocational colleges are answered in practice.
