Vigorously developing new energy vehicles is an important strategic measure for promoting low-carbon, green and environmental protection in China, the establishment of such majors in vocational colleges is a requirement of the times and market demand.At present, the high prices of new energy vehicles and their supporting equipment, as well as limited training conditions, have constrained the process of talent cultivation.This article takes the teaching of the core course of Battery electric vehicle as an example, Utilize the perceptual, immersive, and interactive characteristics of virtual simulation technology to help students decipher knowledge Identify difficulties, master core skills, eliminate safety hazards in practical training, and improve the quality of education and teaching.Innovative application of virtual simulation technology in the teaching of new energy vehicle majors is imperative.
