Abstract: With the continuous development of social economy, rural adult education has gradually attracted attention as an important way to improve the comprehensive quality of rural residents and promote rural development. Based on the theoretical basis and development objective needs of rural adult education, this paper expounds the current situation of rural adult education development by means of questionnaire survey, summarizes the current dilemmas and constraints of rural adult education, and puts forward development strategies and planning guarantees for the problems existing in the connotative development of rural adult education. By overcoming the difficulties and strengthening the cooperation among all parties, it is expected to promote rural adult education to a higher level and provide solid support for the sustainable development of rural areas.
