Abstract:
Agricultural tractor vibration affects the stability and control of the tractor, and accelerates the wear of parts and components, leads to structural loosening, and reduces mechanical life and other problems. This paper takes different tractor field operation speeds as the influencing factors, selects two working conditions of field tilling and transportation, and studies the impact of tractor operation speed on the vertical and horizontal vibration and transverse vibration of the tractor under different working conditions, and the research results show that, under the field tilling condition, the amplitude of vertical and horizontal vibration of the tractor is larger, and under the transportation condition, the amplitude of the vertical and horizontal vibration of the tractor is relatively small, but with a higher frequency. Field plowing conditions, the tractor’s transverse vibration amplitude is larger, the transportation conditions of transverse vibration amplitude is relatively small, but the frequency is higher, mainly with the road conditions and speed. Therefore, attention should be paid to controlling the operating speed of the tractor in the actual operation, especially in the high speed and large load conditions should be operated with caution, in order to reduce the vibration on the stability of the tractor and the adverse effects of mechanical life. The research results of this paper have certain theoretical and practical significance for the improvement of tractor design and optimization of operation process.
