Design of a Straw Decomposition Agents Spraying and Straw Returning Machine

  • 摘要: 结合玉米秸秆还田等农艺要求,同时满足规模化生产需求,集成秸秆喷施腐熟剂与秸秆还田机技术,设计了腐熟剂喷洒还田机。该文详细介绍了腐熟剂喷洒还田机结构与工作原理,对腐熟剂喷洒系统进行设计;对还田系统传动、还田刀辊进行了计算;利用ANSYS求解出旋耕刀辊前六阶固有模态与振型图,分析出还田刀辊安全性。得出结论:该机以5 km/h作业时,还田系统传动比为1.3,侧变速箱输出齿轮直径为19 cm;第一阶固有频率远大于工作频率(5.5~9.7 Hz),故不会产生共振,且在最大激励频率下,轴向相邻刀不会干涉。

     

    Abstract: Combining agronomic requirements such as returning corn straw to the field and meeting the needs of large-scale production, the technology of spraying composting agents and straw returning machines is integrated to design a composting agent spraying returning machine. This article provides a detailed introduction to the structure and working principle of the composting agent spraying and returning machine, and designs the composting agent spraying system; Calculations have been conducted on the transmission of the returning field system and the returning field knife rollers; Using ANSYS to solve the first six natural modes and vibration mode diagrams of the rotary tiller blade roller, and analyze the safety of the returning blade roller. Conclusion: When the machine operates at 5 km/h, the transmission ratio of the return field system is 1.3, and the output gear diameter of the side gearbox is 19 cm; The first natural frequency is much higher than the operating frequency(5.5~9.7 Hz), so there will be no resonance, and at the maximum excitation frequency, adjacent axial blades will not interfere.
