  • 摘要: 针对当前叶菜类机械化收获存在收割对象单一、收割效率低、铺放乱序、损伤率高等问题,结合不同叶菜物理特性及不同叶菜收割方式,设计了一种叶菜收割装置,采用模块化设计,轮距可调、割刀高度可调,通过更换或调整不同装置实现对地上小叶菜进行散叶收割、浅层入土叶菜切根收割、浅层入土块根类蔬菜收割;重点设计了装置模块组合的结构形式、小叶菜散叶收割滑切式割刀结构参数、柔性拨禾辊结构参数和材料选择,使叶菜收割装置做到一机多用、一机多能,满足蔬菜种植户收割低投入、低损伤、高质量、高效益的设计要求。
