Abstract:
In order to improve the efficiency of agricultural machinery operation and soil utilization, the influence of different tive parameters on soil can be studied. In this study, tractor tread pattern, tire pressure and tire size were selected as the influencing factors, and soil tightness was used as the evaluation index to carry out a three-factor, three-level orthogonal experiment. Through the analysis of the experimental results, it can be seen that the deep tread design can provide better grip, but it will increase the extrusion of soil; the regulation of tire pressure can affect the soil compaction within a certain range, high tire pressure can reduce the extrusion of soil, but it also reduces the grip, and the large-size tires can reduce the pressure per unit area, slowing down the degree of soil compaction. Taken together, this paper selects medium tread tires, tire pressure of 435 psi, tire size of 1.2 m, which can minimize the negative impact on the soil, protect the soil structure and ecological environment, and improve the efficiency of agricultural production.
