高效生物质供暖炉设计与试验

Design and Experimental of High Efficiency Biomass Heating Furnace

  • 摘要: 针对传统生物质取暖炉效率低、智能化程度不高,生物质成型颗粒燃料应用较少等问题,设计了一种新型高效生物质智能供暖炉。该供暖炉采用绞龙下料方式,下料速度可由下料电机控制,下料电机速度、启停由基于PLC的控制系统精确控制;采用双燃烧室、双供风系统,使得燃料燃烧的更加充分;新增炉排震动系统,可将生物质燃烧产生的灰分抖落到接灰盒中,使得炉排上堆积的燃料散落开来,增加与空气的接触面积,提高燃烧效率;该供暖炉智能化程度高,操作方便。使用甘蔗渣和杂木两种颗粒燃料进行试验,试验结果表明杂木颗粒的热值高于甘蔗渣颗粒,且燃烧更稳定;该生物质炉热效率为93.8%,燃料的燃烧效率为86%,满足生物质炉具的基本设计要求,实现了生物质燃料的高效利用。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, low intelligence and less application of biomass pellet fuel in traditional biomass heating furnaces, a new high-efficiency biomass intelligent heating furnace was designed. The cutting speed of the feeding furnace can be controlled by the cutting motor, and the speed, start and stop of the cutting motor are precisely controlled by the control system based on PLC. Double combustion chamber and double air supply system are adopted to make the fuel burn more fully. The new grate vibration system can shake off the ash generated by biomass combustion into the ash box, so that the fuel accumulated on the grate is scattered, increase the contact area with the air, and improve the combustion efficiency; The heater has high intelligence and convenient operation. Two kinds of granular fuel, bagasse and miscellaneous wood, were used in the experiment. The results showed that the calorific value of miscellaneous wood was higher than that of bagasse, and the combustion was more stable. The thermal efficiency of the biomass furnace is 93.8%, the fuel combustion efficiency is 86%, and the efficient utilization of biomass fuel is realized.
