冲压液压机在实际应用中的节能探索

Exploration of Energy Saving in the Practical Application of Stamping Hydraulic Presses

  • 摘要: 山东五征集团有限公司冲压车间F线生产线共有5台800~1 200 t冲压液压机,在实际生产过程中发现能耗高、故障频繁与能源浪费的问题。为减少能源消耗,降低设备故障率,提高设备使用寿命,自主设计制造了调节阀块实现缓冲缸自动回程,改进控制程序实现油泵自动选择,开发温控联动系统防止设备过热。改善结果显示,冲压设备故障率有效降低,车间整体能源消耗明显减少,机器改造完成后一年内节省成本30万元,有效提升了冲压生产线的运行能效。同时,总结相关经验并进行推广,为其他设备节能改善提供参考。

     

    Abstract: There are 5 sets of 800~1 200 t stamping hydraulic presses in the F line production line of the stamping workshop of Shandong Wuzheng Group Co., Ltd., and the problems of high energy consumption, frequent failure and energy waste are found in the actual production process. In order to reduce energy consumption, reduce the failure rate of equipment, and improve the service life of equipment, we independently designed and manufactured the regulating valve block to realize the automatic return stroke of the buffer cylinder, improved the control program to realize the automatic selection of the oil pump, and developed a temperature control linkage system to prevent the equipment from overheating. The improvement results show that the failure rate of stamping equipment is effectively reduced, the overall energy consumption of the workshop is significantly reduced, and the cost is saved by 300,000 yuan within one year after the transformation, which effectively improves the operating energy efficiency of the stamping production line. At the same time, summarize relevant experience and promote it to provide reference for other equipment energy-saving improvement.
