Abstract: Reducing the loss of ears during the harvesting of fresh corn harvester is an important research direction to promote the optimal development of fresh corn harvesting machinery. Combined with the current development status of low-loss harvest of fresh corn harvested by machine in China, aiming at the problem of large ear loss in field harvesting operation of fresh corn harvester, this paper expounds various loss forms and causes of fresh corn ear, and puts forward a series of realization paths for low-loss harvest of fresh corn harvested by machine combined with various ear loss forms. It provides a reference for promoting the development of fresh corn harvesting machinery and helps to improve the economic benefits of the national fresh corn industry.
