Abstract: With the deepening of the work of revitalizing the country through science and technology, China’s agricultural research institutions have experienced rapid development. From the perspective of agricultural development, agricultural research institutions have made positive contributions to agricultural varieties, technology, mechanical products, and other aspects. In order to further enhance the role of agricultural research institutes, this paper analyzes the research status and practical situation of regional collaborative development of research institutes from the perspective of collaborative development of provincial agricultural research institutes, explains the policy and institutional requirements for the collaborative development process of provincial agricultural research institutes, and provides suggestions for the construction of relevant systems.
