基于自动控制技术下农业机械能效优化

Energy Efficiency Optimization of Agricultural Machinery Based on Automatic Control Technology

  • 摘要: 随着现代农业的发展,农业机械在提升生产效率和减少劳动强度方面发挥了重要作用。然而,传统农业机械的能效优化仍面临较多问题与挑战。该文通过引入智能控制系统,实现对农业机械各项参数的实时监控与调节,阐述了利用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和预测模糊控制(PFC)技术,在温度、土壤湿度和光照强度等方面优化农业生产过程,以提高生产效率,降低能耗,确保作物的质量和产量。研究结果可为实现农业生产智能化、可持续性发展提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: With the development of modern agriculture, agricultural machinery has played an important role in improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity. However, the energy efficiency optimization of traditional agricultural machinery still faces many problems and challenges. In this paper, the real-time monitoring and adjustment of various parameters of agricultural machinery is realized by introducing an intelligent control system, and the use of programmable logic controller(PLC) and predictive fuzzy control(PFC) technology to optimize the agricultural production process in terms of temperature, soil moisture and light intensity is elaborated to improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and ensure crop quality and yield. The research results can provide technical support for the intelligent and sustainable development of agricultural production.
