无人驾驶拖拉机转向系统设计及故障排除

Design and Troubleshooting of Steering System for Autonomous Tractors

  • 摘要: 拖拉机转向系统由液压控制,实行全液压转向。该文设计的液压转向系统实现了有人驾驶及无人驾驶两种模式下,拖拉机的转向功能。通过样机试验验证,拖拉机在两种模式下,转向正常,为行业无人驾驶拖拉机转向设计提供了一个可靠方案。最后,阐述了转向液压系统使用过程中的常见故障,并详细分析了故障排除过程。以期为液压转向系统的故障判断提供思路及方法。

     

    Abstract: The tractor steering system is hydraulically controlled and implements full hydraulic steering. The hydraulic steering system designed in this article achieves the steering function of tractors in both manned and unmanned driving modes. Through prototype testing, it has been verified that the tractor can turn normally in two modes, providing a reliable solution for the steering design of unmanned tractors in the industry. Finally, the article presents common faults in the use of hydraulic steering systems and provides a detailed analysis of the troubleshooting process, in order to provide ideas and methods for fault diagnosis of hydraulic steering systems.
