Abstract:
In order to study the effect of meteorological conditions on the yield and quality of pepper sowing in stages, a comparative test of pepper sowing and seedling transplantation was carried out in Fenggang County Agro-meteorological Park in 2021 with Zunyi Hot No. 9 as the test object in 7 stages. Through comparison and correlation analysis, it was concluded that: Zunyi pepper suitable seedling period in February to early March, more than the second half of March, the yield will decline significantly, and sowing delayed, the best round of harvest period that is the best round of 5 rounds before the harvest of the pepper, in late July to August in the period of summer drought has a greater impact. From the beginning of flowering to harvesting, ≥10 ℃ accumulation temperature and dihydrocapsaicin showed a significant positive correlation, indicating that the accumulation temperature has a certain effect on the quality of chili peppers, ≥10 ℃ accumulation temperature, the higher the dihydrocapsaicin, chili peppers overall spiciness and taste, the better chili peppers quality; the number of hours of sunshine and the crude fat content showed a significant positive correlation, indicating that the quality of the impact of adequate light, the greater the number of hours of sunshine, the higher the crude fat content, the higher crude fat content of the palatability of chili peppers, and the higher crude fat content, the higher crude fat content, the higher the palatability of chili peppers. The higher the crude fat content, the better the palatability and flavor of chili. Therefore, the whole reproductive period of chili peppers, depending on the sowing period and meteorological conditions, have different degrees of influence on the quality indexes, and it is crucial to grasp the characteristics of chili peppers and rationalize the sowing to improve the output value of chili peppers and enhance the quality and taste.
