Abstract:
In view of the problems that the practical ability of graduate students majoring in mechanical engineering is difficult to meet the needs of national high-level engineering and technical personnel, the cooperation between universities and enterprises is not deep enough, and the mechanism of co-training graduate students is not perfect. The “1+2+3” talent training mode with one center, two subjects and three guarantees is studied, which takes the cultivation of students’ ability as the center, the cooperation between schools and enterprises as the path, and the integration of disciplines, classroom penetration and dual tutorial system as the guarantee in this paper.Through the organic integration of theory and practice, universities and enterprises, the practice and innovation ability of graduate students majoring in mechanical engineering has been enhanced, the employment rate and quality of this major have been improved, and the demand of enterprises for compound talents has been met.
