基于AHP高校人才培养质量评价研究

Research on the Quality Evaluation of University Talents Training Based on AHP

  • 摘要: 为了对学生进行全方位培养,提高综合素质,满足社会对高质量人才的需求,除了完善人才培养模式和教学内容,还要对高校人才培养质量进行定量评价。采用层次分析法(AHP)构建人才培养质量评价体系,准则层包括教学目标、人才需求和课程体系三个方面,措施层包含15个影响人才培养质量的因素,对各层次因素进行分析,并按照影响程度进行排序。计算结果表明,教学目标中的学习能力为最大影响因素,并依据结果提出提高人才培养质量的建议,为管理者提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to cultivate students in an all-round way, improve their comprehensive quality, and meet the society’s demand for high-quality talents, in addition to improving the talent training mode and teaching content, it is also necessary to quantitatively evaluate the quality of talent training in colleges and universities. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was used to construct an evaluation system for the quality of talent training. The criterion layer includes three aspects: teaching objectives, talent demand and curriculum system, and the measure layer contains 15 factors that affect the quality of talent training, which analyzes the factors at each level and ranks them according to the degree of influence. The results show that the learning ability in the teaching objectives is the most influential factor, and suggestions for improving the quality of talent training are put forward based on the results, which provides reference for managers.
