Abstract:
In order to cultivate students in an all-round way, improve their comprehensive quality, and meet the society’s demand for high-quality talents, in addition to improving the talent training mode and teaching content, it is also necessary to quantitatively evaluate the quality of talent training in colleges and universities. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was used to construct an evaluation system for the quality of talent training. The criterion layer includes three aspects: teaching objectives, talent demand and curriculum system, and the measure layer contains 15 factors that affect the quality of talent training, which analyzes the factors at each level and ranks them according to the degree of influence. The results show that the learning ability in the teaching objectives is the most influential factor, and suggestions for improving the quality of talent training are put forward based on the results, which provides reference for managers.
