长链烷烃临氢异构化Pt/SAPO-11催化剂的研究

Pt/SAPO-11 Catalysts for Hydroisomerization of Long-chain Alkanes

  • 摘要: 以氯铂酸为前驱体,探究不同金属负载量下Pt/SAPO-11催化剂的金属-酸催化功能对长链正构烷烃异构化的影响。研究结果发现:随着Pt负载量的增加,相应的催化剂对正十二烷(n-C12)的转化率随之增加,而异构化选择性则呈现先升高后降低的趋势。当Pt负载量为0.25%时,正十二烷的异构化反应可同时获得较好的转化率(63.4%)和选择性(97.3%)。表征结果表明:当Pt金属中心与Brönsted酸性中心的物质的量比值(nPt/nA)保持在合理范围(0.2~0.3)时,Pt/SAPO-11催化剂表现出较佳的长链烷烃异构化活性。

     

    Abstract: Using H2PtCl6 as precursor, the influence of metal-acid catalytic function of Pt/SAPO-11 catalyst on the isomerization of long-chain n-alkanes under different metal loadings was investigated. The results revealed that with the increase of platinum loading, the conversion of n-dodecane increased, and the isomerization selectivity initially increased and then decreased. When the Pt loading was 0.25%, the conversion could achieve 63.4%, with corresponding selectivity of iso-dodecane was 97.3%. By maintaining the number ratio of metal center to Brönsted acid center(nPt/nA) within a reasonable range of 0.2-0.3, the Pt/SAPO-11 catalyst exhibited better long-chain n-alkanes hydroisomerization activity.
