Abstract:
Using H
2PtCl
6 as precursor, the influence of metal-acid catalytic function of Pt/SAPO-11 catalyst on the isomerization of long-chain
n-alkanes under different metal loadings was investigated. The results revealed that with the increase of platinum loading, the conversion of
n-dodecane increased, and the isomerization selectivity initially increased and then decreased. When the Pt loading was 0.25%, the conversion could achieve 63.4%, with corresponding selectivity of iso-dodecane was 97.3%. By maintaining the number ratio of metal center to Brönsted acid center(
nPt/
nA) within a reasonable range of 0.2-0.3, the Pt/SAPO-11 catalyst exhibited better long-chain
n-alkanes hydroisomerization activity.
