Abstract: Development of circular economy industrial chain is an important measure to coordinate development of fruit industry and ecological protection．Aiming at dilemma faced in development of China's fruit circular economy industry chain at this stage, typical cases and existing research results of circular fruit industry was analyzed, construction and operation mechanism of fruit circular economy industrial chain with leading enterprises as link, industrial chain linkage as form, circular economy technology as basis, and benefit distribution mechanism as guarantee were put forward．Important link role played by leading enterprises in operation of fruit circular economy industrial chain was studied and analyzed, and targeted suggestions were provided．
