分子蒸馏法纯化文冠果油

Purification of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil by molecular distillation

  • 摘要: 借助分子蒸馏技术,对文冠果脱色油进行精炼,并以重组分神经酸含量为主要考察指标,探究了蒸馏条件(温度、进料速率和刮膜器转速)对提取效率的影响。试验结果表明,优化工艺为原料预热温度50 °C、冷却水温度10 °C、系统压力0.1 Pa、蒸馏温度255 °C、进料速率900 g/h及刮膜器转速350 r/min,此时可获得神经酸纯度达3.37%的文冠果油。

     

    Abstract: Molecular distillation technology was used to separate and purify Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil, neuronic acid content of recombinant fraction was used as detection index, effects of distillation temperature, feed rate, and scraping speed on its extraction were studied.Test results showed that when optimized process included preheating temperature of 50 °C for raw materials, cooling water of 10 °C, system pressure of 0.1 Pa, distillation temperature of 255 °C, feed rate of 900 g/h, and scraper speed of 350 r/min, Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil with a purity of 3.37% of neuronic acid could be obtained.
