北京市塑料大棚棚门宜机化改造方案及效果

Mechanized renovation plan and effect for plastic tunnel door in Beijing City

  • 摘要: 针对北京市塑料大棚棚门结构影响农业机械出入、机械化作业等问题,提出整体拆卸式、整体打开式和折叠门式3种宜机化改造方案,并对其特点进行分析。开展塑料大棚棚门改造前、后农业机械作业效率及效果对比试验,结果表明,通过优化机械作业行走路径,宜机化改造后棚室旋耕作业较改造前节省用时14.24%,实际作业面积较改造前提高6.67%。塑料大棚棚门宜机化改造有效提高作业效率,减少辅助作业用工。

     

    Abstract: To address problems that plastic tunnel's gable structure at both ends in Beijing City affects access and mechanical operation, three suitable for mechanical transformation schemes and features analysis were put forward, namely, integrally-disassembly type, integrally-opening type, and folding door type.Comparative experiment on agricultural machinery operation efficiency and effects before and after plastic tunnel two ends' transformation were carried out.Results showed that rotary tillage operation time in reformed tunnel was 14.24% less than that before transformation by optimizing working agricultural machine path, actual operating area increased by 6.67% compared with that before transformation.Both sides of plastic tunnels should be mechanized to effectively improve operational efficiency and reduce auxiliary labor.
