Abstract:
To address problems that plastic tunnel's gable structure at both ends in Beijing City affects access and mechanical operation, three suitable for mechanical transformation schemes and features analysis were put forward, namely, integrally-disassembly type, integrally-opening type, and folding door type.Comparative experiment on agricultural machinery operation efficiency and effects before and after plastic tunnel two ends' transformation were carried out.Results showed that rotary tillage operation time in reformed tunnel was 14.24% less than that before transformation by optimizing working agricultural machine path, actual operating area increased by 6.67% compared with that before transformation.Both sides of plastic tunnels should be mechanized to effectively improve operational efficiency and reduce auxiliary labor.
