基于PLC控制的自动变速秸秆均料器设计与试验

Design and experiment of automatic transmission straw average feeder based on PLC control

  • 摘要: 为提高秸秆生产效率,解决传统均料器秸秆出料均匀性低和均料速度无法调节的问题,基于反向差速运动原理,设计基于PLC控制的自动变速秸秆均料器,由框架、电机架、主动轴、从动轴、箱体焊合、拨草辊、刮板侧板、电机、刮板和PLC控制系统组成。PLC控制系统采集均料器输出秸秆层厚度信息和下一步工序的电机电流信息,PLC程序运算后传递给变频器对电机进行转速调整;计算差速运动速度是否满足工作需求和运用Solidworks的Simulation静应力分析拨草辊的力学性能,计算拨刀数量和选择适合排列方式。整机试验表明,该设备能够根据需求自动调节均料速度,秸秆层厚度标准差3.26 mm,均料效率3423 kg/h,可以满足工作需求。

     

    Abstract: To improve straw production efficiency and solve problems of straw discharge low uniformity and unadjustable feeding speed in traditional average feeders, an automatic variable speed straw average feeder based on principle of reverse differential motion and PLC control was designed.It comprised a frame, electric frame, drive shaft, driven shaft, box welding, grass roller, scraper side plate, motor, scraper, and PLC control system.PLC control system collected output straw layer thickness information of average feeder and motor current information of next step.After PLC program was calculated, information was transmitted to inverter to adjust motor speed.Calculation of differential motion speed determined whether met work demand and used Solidworks simulation static stress to analyze grass roller mechanical properties, calculated the number of blocks, and selected suitable arrangement mode.Whole-machine test showed that equipment could automatically adjust average feeding speed according to requirements, with a standard deviation of 3.26 mm for straw layer thickness, and average feeding efficiency of 3423 kg/h, which could meet work requirements.
