基于模块化的叶菜精量播种机研发与应用

Development and application of modularization-based leafy vegetable precision seeder

  • 摘要: 针对现有叶菜播种机以覆土播种机为主,每次投种仅播种植盘中1行,播完1个种植盘需要多次投种,生产效率较低,无法实现无土育苗的种植农艺,设计以无土栽培专用海绵盘为播种对象的新型全自动气吸式叶菜精量播种机。该机采用模块化设计,一次动作流程可完成整盘叶菜播种操作。经设计计算和播种试验验证,输送带胶带辊直径73 mm、输送速度0.27 m/s和输送电机功率370 W,可满足播种机对种植盘的输送需求;缸径25 mm的无杆气缸可满足平移装置所需平推力需求,缸径63 mm的标准气缸可满足播种时负压舱垂直方向运动所需推力需求;真空度22 kPa、流量270 m3/h的真空泵能满足负压舱吸嘴对种子吸附力的需求;当吸嘴直径1 mm时,漏播率和重播率都处于较低水平;通孔针结构可有效避免吸嘴堵塞造成播种效率下降问题,可降低播种机运行故障及保证设备运行稳定性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at existing leafy vegetable seeder to cover soil seeder, each casting only sowing planting tray one row, one planting tray needs to be seeded many times, production efficiency is low, and can not realize planting agronomy of soilless seedling, a new type of fully automatic air suction leafy vegetable precision seeder with soilless cultivation sponge tray as seeding object was designed.Equipment adopted modularized design, and one-time action process could complete whole tray leafy vegetables seeding operation.Design calculation and seeding experiment confirmed that conveyor belt roller diameter was 73 mm, conveying speed was 0.27 m/s, and conveying motor power was 370 W, which could meet seeder conveying demand for planting trays.Rodless cylinder with a cylinder diameter of 25 mm could meet flat thrust demand required by transpotation device, and standard cylinder with 63 mm cylinder diameter could meet thrust demand for vertical movement of negative pressure chamber during seeding.Vacuum degree was 22 kPa, flow rate 270 m3/h vacuum pump could meet negative pressure chamber suction nozzle on seed adsorption force needs.When diameter of suction nozzle was 1 mm, missed sowing rate and replanting rate are at a low level.Through-hole needle structure could effectively avoid suction nozzle clogging caused by decline in seeding problem efficiency, reduce seeder operation failure and to ensure equipment operation stability.
