作物学本科教学实验室管理难点与建议

Management difficulties and proposals for undergraduate teaching laboratory of crop science

  • 摘要: 作物学本科教学实验室是作物学本科人才培养体系的重要组成部分,其规范、高效管理直接影响教学质量和人才培养质量。结合湖南农业大学实际,针对作物学本科教学实验室,分析其常规仪器设备多、面向对象多、开课内容多等特征,讨论其管理制度不完善、实验室数量有限、实验人员队伍整体水平不高等管理难点,提出加强投入更新仪器设备、强化实验人员队伍建设与安全知识培训、建立功能实验室、加大实验室开放力度、改革绩效评价体系及建立危险化学品信息化管理平台等管理建议,为作物学本科教学实验室的规范、高效运行提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Undergraduate teaching laboratory of crop science is an important component of talent cultivation system for undergraduates in crop science, and its standardized and efficient management directly affects quality of teaching and talent cultivation.Combining with actual situation of Hunan Agricultural University to analyze characteristics of undergraduate teaching laboratories of crop science, such as a large number of conventional instruments and equipment, multi-object oriented, diverse course content.Management difficulties with incomplete management systems, a limited number of laboratories, and a low overall level of experimental personnel team were discussed.Management proposals were proposed to strengthen investment to update instruments and equipment, strengthen team building and safety knowledge training of experimental personnel, establish functional laboratories, increase laboratories' openness, reform performance evaluation system, and establish an information management platform for hazardous chemicals.It provides a reference for standardized and efficient operation of undergraduate teaching laboratoriy of crop science.
