Abstract:
To enhance efficiency of pepper transplanting and standardization of planting, a mechanized technology model for pepper production has been developed.Technical elements of mechanized precision transplanting for peppers include structure and working principle of transplanter, key parameter settings and adjustments, and requirements for supporting facilities.Main factors affecting transplanting quality were analyzed.Technical specifications for field operations of pepper transplanting were introduced, and supporting mechanized technologies for pepper production, such as ridge forming and film covering, irrigation, and harvesting, were also elaborated.This technology model improved pepper planting efficiency, reduced labor intensity, achieving standardized and large-scale production.
