植物PIN基因研究进展

Research progress on plant PIN gene family

  • 摘要: 生长素输出载体蛋白(PIN-FORMED,PINs)是次级转运体,促进植物信号分子生长素从细胞中外排。其在植物的多个发育过程中发挥关键作用,包括胚胎发育、器官形成和组织分化。综述PIN蛋白结构、进化和功能方面的研究进展,旨在为植物PIN蛋白功能的进一步研究提供参考,并通过基因编辑和其他生物育种方法识别作物改良的新靶点。

     

    Abstract: Auxin efflux carrier proteins(PIN-FORMED, PINs)are secondary transporters that facilitate efflux of plant signaling molecule auxin from cells.They play pivotal roles in multiple developmental processes in plants, including embryogenesis, organ formation, and tissue differentiation.Research progress in understanding structure, evolution, and functions of PIN proteins was reviewed.It aims to provide insights for further research on plant PIN proteins functional analysis and to identify novel targets for crop improvement through gene editing and other biological breeding approaches.
