不同药剂对小麦茎基腐病的田间防控效果

Field prevention and control effect of different fungicides on wheat Fusarium crown rot

  • 摘要: 为筛选有效防控小麦茎基腐病的药剂及施用方法,选择山东省德州市齐河县、菏泽市牡丹区和滨州市惠民县3个试验点开展田间药效试验,评价不同种衣剂处理结合分蘖期、返青拔节前根茎部喷施对小麦茎基腐病综合防效及产量的影响。结果表明,3种种衣剂处理对小麦出苗和幼苗生长无明显抑制作用,4.23%甲霜·种菌唑ME+30%噻虫胺FS处理种子,结合冬前分蘖期茎基部喷施30%肟菌·戊唑醇SC、返青拔节前喷施18.7%丙环·嘧菌酯SC,对小麦茎基腐病防控效果最佳,返青期3个试验点防效均达75%以上,灌浆期达82%以上,对小麦增产效果较好,增产幅度18.57%~26.18%。该药剂组合可达到控病保产的目的,可为小麦茎基腐病防控提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to screen effective fungicides and application methods for prevention and control of wheat Fusarium crown rot(FCR), three test sites in Qihe County of Dezhou City, Mudan District of Heze City, and Huimin County of Binzhou City in Shandong Province were selected for field experiment.Experiment evaluated comprehensive prevention and control efficacy and yield of different seed coating treatments combined with rhizome spraying during tillering stage and before regreening and jointing stage on wheat FCR.Results showed that three seed treatments had no significant inhibitory effect on wheat emergence and seedling growth.Seeds treated with ipconazolein metalaxyl·ipconazole 4.23% ME+clothianidin 30% FS combined with trifloxystrobin · tebuconazole 30% SC sprayed on stem base at tillering stage before winter, and propiconazole · azoxystrobin 18.7% SC sprayed before regreening and jointing stage, had the best prevention and control efficacy on wheat crown rot.Prevention and control efficacy for three test sites at regreening stage reached over 75%, and over 82% at filling stage reached.It had a good effect on increasing wheat production, with an increase of 18.57%~26.18%.Therefore, this fungicide combination could be used in production to achieve purpose of controlling disease and ensuring production and could provide a reference for prevention and control of wheat FCR.
