基于多传感器融合的播种箱自动补给系统

Automatic supply system for seed box based on multi-sensor fusion

  • 摘要: 针对播种机种箱容量不足和人工补给效率低的问题,设计一种基于多传感器信息融合的播种箱自动补给系统。系统以STM32F407ZGT6嵌入式控制器为核心,整合激光测距传感器、超声波传感器、倾角传感器和绝对值编码器等多种传感设备,实现对播种箱位置和种子料位的精准实时监测。驱动单元采用液压系统,运用模糊PID算法实时调整液压参数,改善传统PID算法难以适应复杂作业条件的问题。试验结果表明,该系统在实际对接作业中误差较小,料位监测精度>95%,模糊PID算法明显提升控制系统的鲁棒性与动态响应性能,综合补给效率和损失率优于人工或半自动补给方式。

     

    Abstract: To tackle challenges of limited seed box capacity in seeder and inefficiency of manual replenishment, an automatic supply system for seed box based on multi-sensor information fusion has been designed.System was built around an STM32F407ZGT6 embedded controller, incorporating a suite of sensors such as laser distance sensors, ultrasonic sensors, tilt sensors, and absolute encoders to enable high-precision real-time monitoring of seed box position and material levels.A hydraulic drive system was implemented for actuation unit, applying a fuzzy PID control algorithm to adjust hydraulic parameters in real-time, thereby addressing limitations of conventional PID algorithms in adapting to complex operational environments.Field tests revealed that system achieved minimal error during docking operations, with material levels monitoring accuracy of >95%.Fuzzy PID algorithm notably improved control system's robustness and dynamic response, while comprehensive solution demonstrates significantly higher replenishment efficiency and lower seed loss rates compared to traditional manual or semi-automatic methods.
