多功能播种机开沟装置及犁耙参数优化

Optimization of trenching device and plowshare parameters for multi-functional seeder

  • 摘要: 针对传统播种机开沟装置在不同田地条件下开沟深度不一致、开沟间距不可调等问题,设计一种多功能播种机开沟装置。该装置通过旋耕刀、传动机和机罩的协同作用,能够对不同干湿度的田地进行旋耕松软,有效解决开沟深度不一致的问题。设计限位槽、横管和梅花锁紧丝,实现开沟间距的可调节性,并结合田间试验,验证多功能播种机可满足不同农作物对播种行距的需求。计算开浅沟条件下犁耙设计参数,并结合有限元分析方法,对犁耙结构性能和力学性能进行分析,为播种机开沟装置的优化改进提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: To address issues of inconsistent furrow depth and non-adjustable furrow spacing in traditional seeder trenching device under different field conditions, a multi-functional trenching device for seeder has been designed.Trenching device integrated rotary tiller blades, transmission mechanisms, and a machine cover synergistically to aerate and soften soil with different moisture levels through rotary tilling, effectively resolving problem of inconsistent trench depth.Additionally, through use of limit grooves, cross pipes, and spline locking screws, spacing between furrows could be adjusted.Field trials were conducted to verify that multi-functional seeder met requirements for different crop row spacings.Furthermore, based on plowshare design parameters calculations under shallow furrow conditions and combined with finite element analysis methods, plowshare structure, and mechanical properties were analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for seeder trenching device optimization and improvement.
