基于产销数据分析的北京市蔬菜主导产品及优势茬口研究

Leading vegetable products and advantage stubble based on production and marketing data analysis in Beijing City

  • 摘要: 基于北京市蔬菜产销数据,分析主导产品及高效益茬口,提出生产结构调整建议。依据2015—2024年批发市场数据,筛选出番茄、黄瓜、茄子和椒类等市场需求大、本地种植规模高的蔬菜作为主导产品。结合20年价格数据,识别各蔬菜高价差时段,明确温室越冬茬、大棚秋茬等为高效益生产窗口。对比北京市与主产区成本,发现本地设施蔬菜成本略高,但具备运输优势。建议优先安排高价差时期生产,推广适宜品种与栽培技术,提升产量与品质,推动蔬菜产业高质量发展。

     

    Abstract: Leading vegetable products and high-profit advantage stubble were analyzed, based on data regarding vegetable production and marketing in Beijing City, and recommendations for adjusting production structure were proposed.By analyzing wholesale market data from 2015 to 2024, vegetables with substantial market demand and large local cultivation scale, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, and peppers, were identified as leading products.Combined with 20 years of price data, high price-differential periods for each vegetable were identified, high-profit production windows were pinpointed, including winter greenhouse stubble and autumn stubble.A cost comparison between Beijing City and major production areas revealed that local greenhouse vegetable production has slightly higher costs but offers transportation advantages.It is recommended to prioritize production during high price-differential periods, promote suitable varieties and cultivation techniques, improve yield and quality, and advance vegetable industry high-quality development.
